01

Who this notice covers

This notice covers pharmacy staff accounts, patient-controlled health files, WhatsApp health-story participants, demo contacts and website analytics visitors in Nigeria.

02

Information and purposes

Account and pharmacy information supports authorized access. Prescription and medicine information supports clinical checks. Consented quiz answers support private patient files. Business contact details support requested demonstrations.

03

Legal basis and consent

Processing must have a documented lawful basis under the Nigeria Data Protection Act, 2023. Private health-file updates use explicit, versioned consent that can be withdrawn without stopping access to unrelated services.

04

Sharing and international processing

Information may be processed by contracted infrastructure, messaging, AI, payment and support providers only for defined services. Cross-border transfer safeguards and processor terms must be confirmed before production use.

05

Retention and deletion

Different records have documented retention periods. Patients can request an export, stop health-file updates, revoke a sharing code or permanently delete their patient file through WhatsApp commands.

06

Security and access

The service uses role controls, protected sessions, pseudonymous patient identifiers, expiring sharing codes, encrypted credentials, audit records and monitored administrative access. No security measure eliminates all risk.

07

Your rights and complaints

Requests for access, correction, restriction, objection, portability or deletion should be sent through the configured support channel. Complaints may also be made to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC).
